Incorporation & Mission Definition
Divyastra Dynamics Private Limited incorporated by a core team of defence engineers and systems technologists. Company registered under Companies Act 2013 in Maharashtra, with a mandate to indigenise critical defence sub-systems.
Design Facility & First Agreements
Established dedicated design centre and EMI/EMC testing lab. Signed first technology co-development agreement with a DRDO laboratory. ISO 9001:2015 quality management system implemented.
DRISHTI & KAVACH Field Evaluation
DRISHTI Surveillance Series successfully completed Indian Army field evaluation trials. KAVACH RF Shield prototypes demonstrated at a joint services evaluation at a defence testing range.
Full Product Portfolio Launch
Expanded to four product lines with AKASH-X UAV and SIDDHI embedded controllers joining the portfolio. Company headcount doubled. First supply contracts signed with a PSU OEM.
Scaling for Impact
Pursuing active iDEX challenges, export licensing under MoD export policy, and next-generation space-grade component development. Targeting international defence exhibitions and Friendly Foreign Country engagements.
